Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work for our afterschool club: ➤ Before the Term Starts: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $23 processing fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. ➤ After the Term Begins: No refunds will be issued after the session has started, as staffing and materials are arranged in advance. In cases of emergency or special circumstances, please contact us — we’re happy to discuss possible credit toward a future session. ➤ Missed Days: We do not offer refunds or partial credits for individual missed days. If your child misses a class due to illness or travel, we appreciate being informed, but we cannot offer make-up sessions. Thank you for understanding and supporting our planning and preparation process!
